NEWS & UPDATES
3.3.10 : Training now on Tuesday AND Thursday
A message from the club Captain
Tuesday's will be used to focus on fitness and Thursday's will be structured around team work, with forwards and backs splitting off for focused sessions, before coming back together to go through game scenario's, etc.
It is planned that availability will be ascertained on Tuesday, allowing us train in position on the Thursday.
This is big change from the current setup, but we all feel that this is what is needed for us to continue the club's development.
Our opposition all train 2 nights a week, and we need to match this to stay competitive.
I am aware that several of the team may have problems at making both sessions every week, myself included at times, due to work, family, etc.
This is totally understood and as long as we all communicate when you are / are not available, then I don't see any problems.
Please contact Bob Cox or the coaching team if you have any questions.
23.2.10 : RFU Grand Draw - Final call for ticket returns
The absolue final deadline for return of sold and unsold tickets along with all proceeds is Saturday 27th Feb, at the away match vs Black Horse. Please give your returns to Mark Griffiths or Neil Ingham.
