Cambourne Exiles RFC is committed to adhering to RFU guidelines for the protection of children (and vulnerable adults) undertaking sporting activities within the Club, as detailed in the RFU document entitled Policy and Procedures for the Welfare of Young People in Rugby Union (copies available).
Cambourne Exiles RFC, its members, volunteers, and representatives are required to sign a declaration stating that have read, understood and will adhere to the above guidelines at all times when working with children (and vulnerable adults).
This policy will be maintained, reviewed and updated where and when appropriate by the Club Child Welfare Officer.
